"Gazan has a nice sound."

Episode 4, Noriyuki Fujii/Modern Ceramic Artist

When we think of traditional Japanese pottery, we think of ``sake cups.''
Many of them have been excavated from ruins dating back to the Kofun period.
They played an important role in rituals and festivals.
Located in Seto, Aichi Prefecture, a pottery town with a history of 1000 years,
It has been 35 years since I opened the kiln. Since then, I have created tens of thousands of pottery pieces.
Because it is baked at a high temperature of 1300 degrees for a long time,
The room where the kiln is located always reaches 45-6 degrees Celsius.
After completing these daily tasks, my body felt warm.
Enjoy the crisply chilled Junmai Daiginjo Gazan.
Is this what is meant by “permeating all five organs and organs”?
The flavor and aroma of rice stimulates the nostrils,
A pleasant feeling of weakness surrounds me.
I feel that Gazan is a name with a really nice sound.
As a potter, my motto is "everyday beauty of style."
This is how I want my favorite Japanese sake to be.
When I finish my current work, I will feel the sound of the name Gazan.
I'm thinking of making a sake cup.
