“150 years of insatiability”
Episode 6, Koichiro Ikebuchi/Interior Designer
I think the attitude of always seeking the best is important in any world.
Nothing is perfect. So you make progress, open new doors and hit walls.
There is nothing more enjoyable or painful than a repetitive process. Things can be dug deeper forever. As the name suggests, Gazan may be a sake that strives to achieve solitary excellence.
There is no aesthetic that is as interesting or severe as solitude. That's why it's so attractive.
Singapore, which is only 57 years old and continues to grow economically, is truly a star in Southeast Asia, rising through its unique strategies.
The Japanese food and gourmet boom has been going on for a while now, and super-expensive alcoholic beverages that are hard to find even in Japan are selling like hotcakes.
At 57 years old, Singapore is still young, but I thought it was about time to experience the depths of 150 years.
